I recently had a fantastic stay at Hotel Berghof! The room was spacious and super clean, with a gorgeous view of the Matterhorn that took my breath away. The service was really good, particularly from Regina, who went the extra mile to help me recover my lost backpack. However, I did experience some construction noise next door, but it didn't overshadow the overall experience.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Berghof in Zermatt! The views of the Matterhorn from my room were absolutely amazing. Although the location is a bit of a trek from the train station, the hotel offers a pickup service which really helps. The service was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. One downside was that I had to rely on a general taxi after 6 PM, but it was totally worth it for the fantastic experience.
